Working from Trinity Street in Hastings, Activ8 aims to encourage people from all parts of the community to look after their own individual health and wellbeing. We do this by providing opportunities for people to volunteer with us, participate in training, have fun with arts and creative activities and relax with complimentary therapies etc. Information about health and wellbeing topics are also available.
Carrie Dubber completed the London Marathon for us in a fantastic time of 4 hours 19 mins, placing her 3,220 in the women's race and 16,397 overall - Well done Carrie!
