Mind is the leading mental health charity in England and Wales. We work to create a better life for everyone with experience of mental distress by:

National Mind is the national headquarters of the Mind 'federation'. It is based in London.
Many areas and towns have there own Local Mind Association or 'LMA'. Hastings & Rother Mind is one of these. LMA's are independent of one another, and of National Mind and are charities in their own right with individual charity numbers.
All LMA's are affiliated to National Mind, and receive support through regional networks. All LMA's raise their own funding, but can access small amounts of project work funding through National Mind.
